I had a great time making this cd. Hope you enjoy it and the previously unrecorded songs by Joalice and Fernando Lameirinhas. More on them later ........

Have a listen to Everybody's Been Burned, my recording of David Crosby's song produced and arranged by Steamin Demon ( Domin Harvey). Domin plays all the instruments on this track. David taught me how to play this song and he gave me permission to record it.

My good friend and singing mate died in Marbella on tuesday 17 February, 2004. She has left her partner David, her sister Margo, her father Charles Tacot, and many friends who will miss her unique sense of humour, sharp observations, comments and empathy. She was also a great musical talent but "when push came to shove", she always chose LOVE

I first met Nicole at Peter Tork's home in Hollywood Hills. She was 16 then and in those days we could go riding up in the hills behind the HOLLYWOOD sign. That's not all we did up there!!

The Griffith Observatory allowed 24 hour access and many nights were spent there looking at the stars and planets. We did quite a lot more with the other "stars"!! You had to be there!

We had great times there, homemade apple jelly, good company, just relaxing in the countryside

At that time Steve and Nobby took one of my "sail-joia" albums, "maxamba" to the "sound clinic" in London and remastered it for me. It still sounds great today and will be released.
